I don't think there's a boat from Bénin to Sao Tomé, last year I had to take a flight from Accra to reach the island. As for the rest, I can't really help you sorry.

hi! no way from Porto Novo to Malabo or Sao Tome or Kribi or Bata by boat . you have to go by bus to Calaba in Nigéria, from there you have Boat Limbé Caméroun and then you can take boat to Malabo. be carfull Jah Guide
