If you're willing to travel (quite a bit) south to Croatia, SuperUho in Primošten is small and nice (August 6-8th) http://www.superuho.com/line-up

Home (Treviso, Italy) has a few good bands, but I have no idea what it's like (August 29th - September 2nd) http://www.homefestival.eu/it/tickets-2018/

Slovenia doesn't really have good summer festivals if you're not into quite genre-specific music (punk rock, metal, reggae). Be wary of local outdoor student fiestas posing as festivals, booking virtually the same (low quality but popular) bands every year. I'm not even going to name any.
