Sure!! If you are planning to travel 3wks non-stop, then best if you start at Gorenjska reigon. There are abundance of hills and mountains-can start with Saint Jost, continue with Vogel, which has great view on Bohnj lake and down by the lake there is beautiful camping spot...then you can go hike the highest mountain in Slovenia, Triglav. Šaleška valey and Koroška region as well have some great hiking places. Logarska valley is beautifull sorounded with hips of mountain tops...then Peca, and Urslja gora. And also in Štajerska region you have Pohorje, thats another beauty to see for light hiking and camping as well. Hips of tops around small country, but sure if you ask people living there, they would point you to all the right tops! ;)
Have a great time hiking in Slovenia!!!
You should check the Triglav national park! Its a must for hikers around Slovenia 🙌🏽😁
Do you want to take day trips from one place or make several days long tours which would mean you sleep in the mountains? I think you can go to first day Bled and then a longer tour Bohinj - Savica waterfall - Črno jezero lake - Triglavska jezera lakes - Triglav (2-3 days) and then maybe continue to Krn mountain and Krnsko lake. This is in Slovenian language but this is the best webpage we have on Slovenian mountains, where all the tours are described with estimated time that you will need. Here is a list of the mountains: http://hribi.net/gorovje/julijske_alpe/1
The problem of longer tours is bad weather which can be extremely dangerous in the high mountains so be well prepeared and carefull enough to get a good health insurance.
One part of your 3 weeks journey you can also spend at Pohorje mountains I personaly prefer it as it is shady, not too hot, roads are good and the tours are not to difficult :-) but not many tourist go there, just Slovenians. On Pohorje go to Rogla, Lovrenška jezera lakes, Črno jezero lake, Ribniško jezero lake...
