Hi, Besides Blacks and White's carnival in Pasto (from jan 2 - 7) and Barranquilla's carnival in february there is a third carnival in Colombia in Riosucio-Caldas, the Devil's carnival (it's not evil but cultural), it's biennial taking place between jan 6 -11 in 2017... Enjoy
