Trekking, Adventure and Extreme Sports, and Outdoor Excursions

The main idea of this group is to have a special space to organize meetings or events of any adventure sport, trekking, any outdoor excursion, camping, around a 10 million people city.

We considerate that this stuff is an awesome part of CS SPIRIT, because we think that one of the best ways to know a city, to know a country, is sharing adventure and nature with locals; and sure, having a lot of fun in the middle. A place is not about buildings, it's about people.

Everybody is welcome, and FEEL FREE to invite the community and create any event. New Ideas are welcome!!!

We have been practicing some sports and made some sports and outdoor excursions around Lima; and we can tell and advise about many options to have fun on this way:

  • Trekking in the mountains near Lima.

  • Paragliding

  • Bridge Jumping

  • Rafting

  • Surfing

  • Downhill

  • Good places to camp.

  • Parkour.

  • Cycling.

Just some good options to have fun.

Join us, and keep rocking.

Walks & Hikes close to Lima

Hola travellers! I'll spend a few weeks in Lima and am looking for half-day, one-day walks close to Lima. I look forward to recommendations and walking buddies.

Thru-hiking / camping partner needed!

Hi there! I am currently looking for a thru hiking partner (preferably one with a very flexible schedule). I’m attempting to travel on a 18 day trek through the Swiss Alps (I have a tent for us + camping stove, so you will just need a warm sleeping bag / floor mat and to split the weight of the food). I’m mainly wild camping above tree-lines where able and will be asking locals to use their yard to set up tent in villages where wild camping is not an option.

I was honestly wanting to leave by Tuesday (September 27) but have since decided to wait until the rain clears a bit. We can discuss paths, but I’m mainly following the Via Alpine route. I’m also looking to hike in both Scottland and Ireland soon, too! So feel free to reach out if you are interested. It will be primarily wild camping as well though, so be prepared haha!
