Post in Van, Van, Republic of Türkiye

My fiance and I will come. I have finally mapped out where we will go. All the advice online that I have found, says to go to Van and talk to the museum staff or locals at a restraunt and I will be able to find a driver/guide. The area in Van is vast, and we can't afford to rent a car. İs there someone available 12-15th September who can travel with us. 50tl/day plus any accomodation and meals... must have reliable car and have a passion for all historical aspects in the region... no bias on ethnicities or religions (sadly I have to ask that) Thank you
