Hi Patrick, You could visit a mini food festival on this Sunday (04.09.16) starting from 12am. there will be live music, food and beverages from several Volgograd's restaurants, cafes and bars. Also I hope there will be no 'rednecks' and almost all of visitors could speak English. The place is on restaurant Miles (ресторан миля), you could Google for it.
