I just would like to inform you about news.
After famous serial murderer, there is new law about who are hosting someone in their places. Even one night it doesn't matter we ve to just report our surfers name and surname. That's all. Please do it, do not underestimate. Yes I know, couchsurfing is amazing but after bad things in Turkey, we've to aware and be careful. Still there are bad guys out there and use couchsurfing to hide and camouflaged. That is be proven in Turkey. Mostly Ankara and İstanbul for sure.
So you are just reporting it the policeman like I'm hosting this guy for one night and here is his/her information. If we don't do it, after any bad thing about our surfer, we've responsibilities and commit unfortunately! Then you ve to deal with the problems. I just wanna let you know that.
