Sbletting my Hoxton flat

Hi I am going away to Africa and I am subletting my flat on a monthly basis (minimum one month) from the 16th of November onwards. It is situated near Shoreditch park and the Britania centre. You can share my flat with 1 or 2 Cs members. 1 300 per month+ £500 deposit (refundable at the end if the flat is in the same state as when you moved in). The monthly price includes everything apart from heating and hot water. The temperature in the flat rarely goes below 20°C without having the heating on and the flat heats up very quickly. So you will be able to decide how much you want to spend. You can decide as well whether you want a long shower or a 3minutes shower. The flat is really a 2 bedrooms flat but one of the bedroom is full of stuffs. So, in my flat, which is in Shoreditch Hoxton N1, there is: • 1 Double bed in bedroom • 1 clic clac double sofa bed in the living room (light curtains can be drawn at night for more privacy). 21-year-old French student looking for a room from June 10

Hello my friends! My 21-year-old son Aloïs will be doing an internship in London from June 10 to end of September and I'm currently looking for affordable basic accommodation for him ( he will only be making £400 a month) or a free room in exchange of babysitting and/or French conversation classes. rent 1-2 days a week, long term

Maybe may offer is interesting or you know somebody interested. I do not drink, do not smoke, am clean. I live in UK 5 years and plan to apply for the settlement.

I am searching for a place to sleep 1-2 days per week + register a residential address ( DVLA, bank, HMRC, GP, voting register, etc..) + store my 9sq ft things daily + get random letters or sometimes parcel. Better firm agreement minimum for 6-9 month.

For 6 month, thus i could pay in total approx 500 GBP + council tax.

Clarifying, For each day i stay, i could pay 8 GBP. I need a place usually for Fr-Sat nights, but this i can change and adapt to your availability.

I would like to start start asap.

For residential address - i will pay all related taxes and would like to start using as soon as possible.

For a things, it could be any under-roof dry place. For keeping the things - i could pay 20-30 GBP a month ( currently, i have a 9sq feet storage until the end of May and pay for it 24GB)., but better to have this storage in the same place where i stay 1-2 days per week.

The rest 4-6 days i live in central London, but the place dose not permit to use the address as residential.
