Hello, I'm in Filandia right now and heading to Cali soon and then to the Pacifico region of Colombia. I'm looking for a mellow place...I'm not into partying or loud music. I'd like a space to do my yoga practice and breathwork in the morning.

I love hiking and a place that has a medium amount of people to connect with...tourists and locals, as I'd still like to practice my Spanish.

I'd love to find a cheap place to stay, maybe even to have my own room, and hostels are fine as well, as long as I have a place to do my yoga and breathwork and it is quiet and near the beach and hiking!
