hey guys, I need sopme info about travelling in Bosnia, we are coming from Hungary to Sarajevo and wan to travel as cheap as possible :D So hitchiking is a big option but in case it doesnt work whats the cheapest way of travelling? Appreciate your answer!

Wizzair, Budapest- Sarajevo. I checked a few days ago - return ticket was 43 EUR. Much cheaper than any other buses + trains combo.

Otherwise buses and few trains. Train bud to novi sad, lots of buses from ns to bosnia and between bosnian cities.

I guess you meant travelling in Bosnia - maybe try blablacar, I guess people use it here but I've never tried here - and in general trains are not expensive, but slow, and buses are a good option too, but sometimes more expensive than trains. there are some carsharing groups but you need bosnian and luck for that, and is not for free, so I presume you would waste time/energy

Hitchhiking should work just fine, unless there's 3 of you or more...

trazim nudim prevoz group on Facebook - you can post questions there seeing if someone has extra room in their car to take you somewhere. if they ask for money, its usually only for gas.

after that the train is the cheapest option - they have a website where you can see all their options.

after that the bus is best - either flixbus (which has a nice easy to use website) or centrotrans
