Hi Thalia, the best approach I know of is Dynamic Manual Interface http://lowensystems.com/ I have been practising various forms of bodywork for almost 20 years and just came across this at the beginning of this year and have taken several classes and am most impressed. As far as I know it is only taught in the the US and Germany. You can contact them through the website for more details. Good luck :)
