Solo trip to San Diego – beach, cycling & laid-back local experiences
I’m a single dad and hospice nurse from the Midwest, taking my first solo trip out to San Diego from June 6th–11th. I’ve always wanted to visit, and I finally decided not to wait for someone else to go with me. I’ll be based around Pacific Beach, and I’m mainly looking to enjoy the outdoors—especially cycling, beach time, and exploring the local area beyond the tourist spots. I’d love to connect with people who are up for: A bike ride (road or MTB friendly routes) 🚴 Grabbing a drink or coffee and good conversation Showing a visitor the more local/non-touristy side of San Diego Maybe even a beach walk or sunset hangout I’m pretty easygoing, respectful, and enjoy good conversations, nature, and active days balanced with relaxing ones.
