Surfing time!
Hello Santa Cruz! I am kindly asking for advise...
I have been backpacking for 40 days through West Coast and have just 4 days left in USA. Last of my trip dreamlist points is trying out surfing (never had opportunity before).
While I was in LA I have tried to take 2hrs long surfing lesson (found some groupons for 50$ which is a lot for me but I guessfor California I cant make it much cheaper). However all lessons were canceled due to high waves and strong current :(
Now I am in SF for last 4 days, I came up with the idea to make one day trip to famous Santa Cruz and surf there. I was told this place will be even better and cheaper than LA. I checked the schools and prices and it all starts from 90-100$!
Could you please give me some tips where I should look for?
