I'll be there for 15hs aprox (I'll land at LAX at 16hs and on next day I'll continue my trip at 13hs). What can I do?

Take the bus to Venice and stay at PodShare (podshare.co) founded by a couchsurfer friend!
Thanks for the advice, VuDu! Will check it!
go to the Santa Monica pier (Beach, boardwalk, rides, food, touristy shops)
go to the Venice boardwalk and walk around (Beach, crazy people to people watch, very artsy, shops & food). Rent a bike or Segway.
our weather is excellent right now for both of these!
Thanks Jenny! I really want to do that, I saw the serie “Flaked” and liked Venice a lot, and that’s the nearly place to the airport, so it’s a perfect match for me. Thanks again! ;)
Search in Google attractions in Los Angeles, find the attractions that attract you, and enjoy!
Thanks Tom! I’ll do it for sure ;)
What are you in the mood for?
I want to go to as many places as I can, walk by Venice and Santa Monica... I would love Warner Studios but won’t be posible because the time and hour... At the night would be nice to go to some place but I don’t know how that area is with that
Venice board walk & Santa Monica pier. Very iconic must see landmarks. Get a taxi, take it a few blocks away from the airport. Get dropped off, then order an uber or lyft. Uber doesn't operate at LAX. Do a couch search in that area and see if people are around to hangout. You'll enjoy the sight seeing. Happy trails. M.
Uber has operated at LAX for a couple years now.
Thanks Manny! And thanks Aaron too, Uber will be useful.
Martín Eliceche - I am not sure I understand your math: 16:00 to 13:00 the next day is 21 hours, not 15 hours and is overnight. Of course you will want to be back at the airport a few hours before your plane, still leaving you about 18 hours. Los Angeles (& all of California) is not a late night place - almost everything is closed by 2 am. You are most likely going to want a hostel/ CS host/korean spa to sleep a bit.
MANNY A Unfortunately your information may be a bit out of date. Uber and Lyft are both inside LAX for at least the past few years (but there was a time where a hotel shuttle then uber was the way to do it (2015)). I fly for work and take Uber every week from LAX. Given that LAX minimum cab fare is $15, this advice will increase people's costs. Uber's own website verifies' this (https://www.uber.com/airports/lax/)
Santa Monica pier/boardwalk/3rd street is always great and is a 45 minute bus ride (big blue #3) from the LAX transit station after taking the free airport shuttle to the transit station - or take an uber directly from LAX. There are also direct flyaway buses to Hollywood and downtown Los Angeles. With the long distances in LA Uber/ Lyft is a godsend. (Although Hollywood to downtown has a great subway)
Specific advise for what is best for you in your case will depends on day of the week and time of year, and what you like to see or do..
For WED June 6th, sunset won't be till 20:00. And Wed night is the weekly CS bar meetup. You could explore a bit, watch sunset, hit the meetup and hope someone lets you crash at their place.
Hi Brian! Thanks for all your amazing data! I said 15hs because between leaving the airport, returning to it, leaving my things at hostel/room, etc, will take me a few hours. I would love to go to Warner studios but as I’ll arrive at afternoon and it’s a bit far from the airport, I think that Venice and Sta Monica would be the best places to have more time...
