Car rental - Payless yes or no?
Hi everyone,
I am in the UK, flying to Belgrade, Serbia 25th March late at night, departing 11th April early morning, so I have 16 full days to explore the country, during 12 of which I want to rent a car to explore the country.
Is Payless a reliable company to rent a car from? It is the cheapest by far on kayak, but I see many negative reviews, but they are all in the US. Maybe in Serbia it's better?
It would be great to have hosts driving and exploring the country together (happy to cover the fuel!) but hard as people work.
Payless car rental - reliable or not? Any other company you suggest I use or avoid?
