Search a flat near center

Hello there! We are russian balance&acrobatic performers coming to Hong Kong to make street shows, meet new people and explore real life of Hong Kong. We will be happy to meet new friends and now we're looking for renting a cheap flat close to the center starting from the 2ns September. Do you think it's possible to find something for around 5000hk$? Do you know any options of free accomodation in Hong Kong, or any local search for apartments for rent? Thanks in advance!

Hi Andrey, do you mean close to Central, Hong Kong Island? you can check out the apple dorm in Sai Ying Pun . http://www.appledorm.com/ . It is around 3000 - 4000 something. It has very tiny room with share facilities but they have rooftop to hang out with friends. You can also follow up some facebook group for renting apartments. I met two Russia CSers who do performance like dancing, juggling, being a clown, performing in circus, maybe balance&acrobatic as well and travel around.
