I am looking for a suitable roommate (nonsmoker) to share my apartment unit in downtown Toronto near Yonge/Bloor intersection beside Sherbourne TTC station (Georgian @ ILAC) -- preferably an international student, or an international visitor planning on staying in Toronto short-term like 2-3 months .

I prefer short-term (like 1-2-3 months) so that, in case, we do not get along well together, then we can stay civil until you leave and be on your way to your next destination. Until then, we can both hang on to the idea that the situation is only temporary. However, if we get along just fine, then we can remain roommates longer.

My apartment is in a very good location on Bloor Street close to Yonge/Bloor intersection -- (1) literally 1-minute away from Sherbourne TTC station; (2) surrounded by supermarkets and convenience stores like No Frills, FreshCo, Food Basics, Circle K, Wan2 Foodmart, others; (3) surrounded by a number Catholic and Christian-denomination churches; (4) close to food banks; (5) walking distance to boutique and high-end shops along Bloor Street and Yorkville; and (6) a short 12-minute walk to Church-Wellesley gay village to party.

I am allergic to dog hair, cat hair, and strong scents like perfume/cologne.

I'm a teetotal -- I don't smoke, I don't drink alcohol, and I don't do drugs.

We can meet over coffee to discuss house rules.
