It's a car sharing website cheaper than train, but if there is no options you should go to "Mons" (its just near the border) and then check on the website for a car or taking the train but i think its kind of expensive because of passing the border

I'm afraid there is not. The best thing to do in your case is to take a bus from the airport to Lille, then from Lille to Valencienne. The bus is easy to take, book tour tiket here: www.flibco.com

You have to take the train from Charleroi to Quiévrain, then walk 10 minutes and take the bus. But it depends if I am here I can bring you from Quiévrain to Valenciennes, it's about 15 minutes.. See you

I think the best is you'll take one train Charleroi to Brussels and another Brussels to Valenciennes (French) Or you can check on Blablacar website.

Same answer as above, best solution is blablacar. I live in Valenciennes and it is also a problem for me to reach Charleroi airport... Second solution is Flibco bus to Lille + train. Third solution is train Charleroi Tournai Lille the Lille Valenciennes. Fourth solution is some private shuttle or taxi. You can try to hitch-hike from airport but not easy... Have a cardboard ready ;) it could work maybe... Lots of French people use Charleroi airport!

There is a cheap shuttle Flibco.com between the airport charleroi and Lille Europe station in Lille (1:30). In this station or in the nearby Lille Flandres station, one can find trains to Valenciennes (30 mins).
