Because Podlasie is one of the very few places that still preserves the heritage of cultural diversity that has been present here for centuries. Podlasie is also magical because the traces of this diversity are not only physical, all temples that we are going to see serve a daily religious function for local Jewish, Orthodox and Muslim communities. In order to integrate with some locals we would also visit a festival of folk handcraft. We would also deal with your hunger in a proper way by taking you to a traditional Tatar restaurant.
