Closest metro stations: Gare de l'Est, Colonel Fabien, or Château Landon. Plenty of supermarkets around to grab drinks/food to share - couple of examples: Carrefour City at 24 Rue de la Grange aux Belles; Franprix at 189 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin; Lidl at 55 boulevard de la Villette. Do bring warm clothes and an umbrella with you as it might get chillier in the evening.
