I invite you to meet the morning consciously - with movement, breathing and sound. Tuesday - Saturday, from 7 am, we practice Qigong and Yoga in the beautiful space of Shivari. We finish the practice with soft sound healing on the didgeridoo to tune the body and mind for a harmonious day.
