Vietnamese Cooking Class and Language Exchange

I create this event because I am willing to show the foreigners (you) how tasty the Vietnamese food can be, and teach you how to cook it by yourself. I want also to welcome you into my home for a cooking class. During each event, we will prepare and cook, and then enjoy the meal together with time for more discussions on subjects of interest. It is the non-profit event although everyone will contribute towards shopping expenses (ingredients, fruits and beers) which is 3$-5$ depending on the menu and the development of the Vietnamese Cooking Class and Language Exchange project which is 1$. This event will not only be about cooking but also about exchanging one another’s culture, sharing your lovely trip in Vietnam, making friends, and, at the same time, I hope will help me improve my English and my French.

 This is the WEEKLY event and an event on Tuesday can be opened by reservation. I am looking forward to introducing you the other authentic Vietnamese recipes at these next events because the dish will change every week. It could be Bun Bo, Pho, Nem, Goi cuon, Banh xeo, or Cha ca, among others.
