Hi! I’m Minjae, from South Korea. I love traveling, and starting in December 2026, I’ll be setting off on a 6-month backpacking trip across Europe, Southeast Asia, and beyond. This trip is more than just travel for me — my goal is to one day open my own cocktail bar in Seoul, so I’m using this time to experience whisky and cocktail culture firsthand. I also love visiting historic universities and film locations along the way. I’d rather have genuine conversations than check off tourist spots — learning how people actually live, cooking together, or sharing a drink and swapping stories. That’s what makes travel meaningful to me. Someday I hope to be the host — welcoming you in Seoul and inviting you to the bar I’ve opened. I'm used to work for a NGO for women’s right and some works as a social worker. About 15years ago, i met a book ‘Freedom from the known’ in Nepal. Since that, i had join meditation courses in many countries and stayed in Sri lank for studying Buddhism. Now i live in Daegu, Korea working for a temple.
