A tall bearded swede in his 30s, sometimes described looking like a swedish viking, sometimes like the "yes Chad" meme and sometimes like a massive teddy bear. For a living my background is as a truck driver but have pivoted into Media, Communications, Graphic Design and IT in 2024 working for a professional hockey team. A lot of my time and mental energy revolves around work currently, but I’m also into aviation and airplanes, primarily around flight simulation where I like to simulate real world flights with real world procedures (Yes, I may or may not have AuDHD). As of early 2024 I've got a little over 200h on the vatsim network (if you know you know and if you don't then don't worry about it :) ). My other interests include specialty coffee, music of all kinds, food and adult beverages of almost all kinds (I stand by the opinion that Belgium has some of the best beers in the world). I’m also exploring self hosting through my home lab where I have a computer proxmox with a few containers and virtual machines running Linux Debian and a few docker containers that’s slowly growing. Last but not least I've got a basset hound that was born in 2023 named Stumpy who's super sweet and loves food, walks, bones and cuddles, approximately in that order. For about as long as I remember I've loved traveling and I've made some truly amazing memories through it. Some of the highlights are being an exchange student in France in 2012, seeing over 20 states in the U.S., spending christmas in a very not wintery Australia, seeing over 15 countries in Europe (current favorites are UK, Hungary, Germany and Switzerland) and last but not least visiting my currently long distance partner in Canada, (who I'm hoping to move together with in the next couple of years).
