CURRENT MISSION To explore the alleyways ABOUT ME So I left Melbourne in 2011 and headed off on an adventure. I've worked my way around Australia over 4 and a bit years. I've lived in windy Geraldton, middle-of-nowhere Leonora, tropical Katherine, back-of-beyond Ivanhoe and pretty Nowra with plenty of travel in-between. Now I've gone international! I'm now living and working in Honiara, Solomon Islands and trying to learn Pijin - I understand a fair bit if people talk slowly, but I'm nowhere near actually holding a conversation. PHILOSOPHY See the world and help someone.

CURRENT MISSION Melbourne ABOUT ME Like all of us, I am many things... In terms of work and passion I am a youth and community worker and usually live and work in Honiara, Solomon Islands. At the moment I currently finishing a fellowship in Thailand in Peace and Conflict Resolution. My family and I are about to go on a short but sweet adventure to Europe for the first time and hope to get back into couch surfing (after a couple of years break) in the process. PHILOSOPHY I believe each day we should work together towards a better world, being the best we can be, taking advantage of opportunities to share and learn, to bring people together.

I wish to meet and share stories with as many people as possible, from as many backgrounds as possible. ABOUT ME I was born to be a traveler and am fascinated with cultures and new places. I am half-Russian and half-Cuban and was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, and have lived in Cuba, Canada, United States, Tajikistan, the UK, and Iraq. I just spent two years living in Iraq and working for an international NGO. Two years in this country is enough to drive anyone crazy, so I'm taking a year to recover from that experience. And yes, I have countless stories to share from that experience. :-) I love to meet new people and absorb new viewpoints. I always come to a new country with an open mind and leave as a more enlightened individual. I am passionate about photography and always have my camera close by. PHILOSOPHY My country is the world, and my religion is to do good.

CURRENT MISSION Share and Enjoy. ABOUT ME My passions are all kinds of outdoor activities and I've recently become obsessed with adventure racing and all its disciplines - especially mountain biking. I own a beautiful hardtail 29er that is worth more than my car. This year I'm living and volunteering in the Solomon Islands.

I am very easy going but determined. I work hard, party hard and love hard. I like being around people but also being by myself. I am an optimistic realist. I believe we should treat people how we want to be treated. I was born and riaised in the Solomons but lucky to get educated in Australia. I have been back home for the last eight years working here and loving life. Life has been very interesting with the different things I do and I'm grateful for life's little achievements. Before moving back I was at university and traveling the world. I have travelled extensively to over 40 countries and have lived in France, Argentina, Peru and the U.K. for periods of 6-12 months in each country. I met a lot of really cool people and friends, who influenced my views about the world for the better. I live by myself in an apartment in Honiara. I spend my weekends with friends and family. We go hiking, jetsking, house partying, island hopping or just chill out doing nothing.
