ABOUT ME I'm a documentary filmmaker, expressive arts therapist, and musician looking for connection, laughter, and adventure. I love to learn new languages, and at the same time I find the best connections are often beyond words. I love nature, and am passionate about wilderness conservation. When I'm not traveling, I live off-grid in a little floating shack in the Northwest Territories, Canada, where I paddle a canoe to get home part of the year. The off-grid life is simple, a lot of work, and most of the time I love it (not so much the times I want to sleep in and have a hot shower at home). Hi there! I'm a frequent hitchhiker/couchsurfer from Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada. I am extremely open minded, it's pretty hard to upset or offend me- I love challenging topics and controversial ideas, as well as really getting into the nitty-gritty of issues. I don't judge you as long as you don't judge me- I'm a firm believer in mutual respect of all diversity.

The only thing in my life I'm missing is moderation. I have a tendency to dedicate all my energy in whatever I do. When I work, it's non stop and often in remote isolation. When I travel I try to run away for 2+ months and am really loving travelling alone. It is a contradiction because I am an extremely extroverted person and love meeting new people and sharing perspectives. I was born in mexico and live in Canada so I carry both those cultures with me.

I am from Yellowknife, NT, Canada. I enjoy cycling in the summer and staying in shape through sport and activity. I'm a very social person. I am also a very honest person. I like to learn form people and I like to converse about anything. I am very open to many different opinions. I'm about as Canadian as it gets. 23 and me (DNA test) says I'm 12th generation Canadian. I enjoy Hockey, craft beer and the outdoors. I wouldn't classify myself as a traveler, more of an adventurer. Summer of 2018 I am planning a cross Canada bike tour. I will probably be reaching out to a lot of people to help me over the duration. I haven't planned anything after this excursion, however I can see myself getting involved with other stunts. I have traveled all around Canada and the United States. most Recently I traveled through and visited friends in India for 2 months.
