Do not judge by colour, race or tribe regardless of whatever experience you must have had in the past. Always remember, its a small world. You are guaranteed of your privacy while couchsurfing with me, but maybe for the first day. And if you try it again, the next day you won't stand a chance. You will have to get yourself a hotel room, because if you choose to stay on your own I will come and pester you, I will nag you for cigarettes (even though I don't smoke!). I will think of a hundred other ways to irritate you, and do you know why? Because I just don't like it. As an African, you see, we have a philosophy and that is 'NOT BEING ALONE'.
