I think that traveling and meeting new people and cultures is very important in general, but especially in our era governed by technology and social media. Traveling, doing activities outdoor and getting human relationships is, in my opinion, the best way to take our real life back. We can't live without our phones or our computers, but we can decide when and how to do something else :)
