CURRENT MISSION Update my CS profile! ABOUT ME My name is Aminata, born and raised in Paris (France) but my parents are from Mali (Africa). I am an original mixed of both african and French cultures. But as I lived in India for a year and I started becoming crazy about its culture, people think I'm kind of Indian too :) Since my experience in India, I use to not-really-plan my trip and travel by my own. I love to share my travel experiences with my friends and family through my blog : www.paristoindia.wordpress.com! In my future job, I want to spread the values and the vision of a social development organisation which help disadvantaged population to reach autonomy. I specially feel very concerned about education empowerment : According to Nelson Mandela "Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world." and I couldn't agree more : PHILOSOPHY Happiness only exists if it shared.

Warum ich auf Couchsurfing bin
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE My first experiences were in Canada, when I was in student exchange : amazing stories to tell ! In India, I was kind of homeless for some days in Mumbai and I've had a wonderful host there :)
Musik, Filme und Bücher
The green mile, American Beauty, Icendies... Dolan, Scorsese and Tarantino movies. Micheal Jackson, Lauryn Hill, Amy Winehouse. French litterature (Boris Vian, Emile Zola, Voltaire, Maupassant, ect...) is dear to my heart as I studied in Litterature during 2 years but The Portrait of Dorian Gray (Oscar Wilde) is one of my favorite book.
Eine tolle Sache, die ich getan habe
I live for 3 months in a village in India. Except for the social workers, people were not speaking english at all. I did yoga every morning and every single days I ate local people food : no meat allowed. I quickly became keen on vegetarian food!

Meine Interessen
I am addicted to the News. Reading news, books, opinion columns are part of my job. I'm really interested in People. I mean I love meet new people, discover them and just have nice talk with them. I like food so much and when I travel, I really enjoy taste the special food of the country! I have a drama club experience so I love to act, imitating voices. I can be such an entertainment sometimes but I just have a big pleasure to make people laugh. I love dancing parties as well !! When I 'm not travelling, or doing shopping or hanging out with friends, I love writing blog posts on my blog! I love writing and taking photos.
