HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Got a couch, an ear and some glorious food to share. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I'm new to the scene, but have only met lovely and inspiring people.

I love any feel good, cruisy tunes, especially with latin influence, female vocalists with chill beats, classic jazz numbers, and a bit of everything else. (e.g. Buena Vista Social Club, Morcheeba, Zero 7, Ravi Shankar, Bill Evans trio) Some favourite movies include: The Big Lebowski, Barfly, Amelie, The Natural History of the Chicken, I <3 Huckabees and PBS documentaries Books.... Ascent of Humanity, Island, A Confederacy of Dunces, 1984, Cry the Beloved Country, essays by Michel de Montaigne, anything Bukowski, Huxley or Krishnamurti

Watching my dogs nap in the sunlight... snoring, dreaming and completely at peace. Sitting in a banyan tree in India.
