CURRENT MISSION To travel as much as possible while I can ABOUT ME I would say I'm an easy-going outdoor'sy kind of person. Somehow even though I grew up in Canada, I despise the cold! I find I enjoy myself much more in the warmth, especially when I can be outdoors. I do currently spend about half the year in Colorado so apologies if I'm not around! PHILOSOPHY Take everything as it comes.

Warum ich auf Couchsurfing bin
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING So far my participation has been on the low side as I tend to forget about this website too often! Hopefully I can change that soon. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE My experience is pretty limited unfortunately! I've surfed with only a couple people (both great people and experiences though!). I have only had one guest stay with me in Canada, as don't seem to get a TON of backpackers through Vernon. I did live with three others in Thailand for a few months who were all constantly hosting surfer's so I did get a taste of what couch surfing can be like! We had to put up a whiteboard calendar at one point because we had so many requests.

Eine tolle Sache, die ich getan habe
Well my fairly recent trip to SE Asia was absolutely amazing. I completed my divemaster course on Koh Lanta, Thailand where there is fantastic diving and even more fantastic people! To finish off my travels though I spent 6 weeks upon a 120' sailboat cruising and diving around Malaysia & Thailand with 15 other people. While this boat was under sail, we would have to take 2 hour shifts at the helm every day with possibly only one other person awake or asleep next to you (if it was night time that is). Frequently on my night shifts, in the absolute silence there would be lightning storms on the horizon 180 degrees around me.
