I am a big-hearted "outgoing introvert" who enjoys meaningful, stimulating conversations about many varied things. I am often shy upon first meeting but warm up fairly quickly. I have been told I have a good sense of humor and an infectious laugh but that is just speculation. There are many things I like to do like geocaching, hiking, riding my bike to far off places and watching the river, taking pictures of trees (and maybe other things), hearing a good story, reading a good book, watching a good show on Netflix of course (I am a human being), etc etc. I think I get along well with most people and I enjoy all types of humans so don't be shy, let's try to get to know each other :)

Warum ich auf Couchsurfing bin
I think couchsurfing is an amazing experiment in trust and making oneself open to experiences that would not otherwise be possible. I have loved my couchsurfing travel experiences like no other, and I've truly enjoyed meeting people from all over the world who come to the US -- I love being able to show people a good time in a safe environment and build genuine friendships! Currently, I am unable to host as I live in a shared house that does not allow overnight guests, but I am happy to show you around Corvallis for an afternoon if I have time (I work two jobs but typically at least have an evening or two free!).

Eine tolle Sache, die ich getan habe
I piloted a plane over a snow-covered Colorado a couple of Christmases ago, that was truly spectacular. I'll never forget it.
Lehren, Lernen, Teilen
English, Spanish, French, Corvallis restaurants and coffee houses, card games, chess, great hiking spots, nutrition/foods, and many bits of trivial though very interesting information. I'm sure there's more but I can't think of it right now :)

A good attitude, a warm heart, cooking, great stories, a few funny jokes, genuine appreciation for their culture and desire to know what life is like for them in their place and time!
Meine Interessen
Graphic novels, manga, electronic music, any music really, drawing, trying to play the piano, learning, photography, hiking, biking, river watching, reading all sorts of books (I work at a bookstore so my tastes have definitely expanded in the last year!), spending time with friends, haunting the local haunts.
