CURRENT MISSION to find my place in the world ABOUT ME I love to laugh and live. I have a positive attitude. I love to travel and to make new connections, build community, etc. I've been on a journey for the past three years now trying to reverse the type 1 diabetes that riddles my body through diet, lifestyle and mindful living. PHILOSOPHY It is the self within ourselves that we have to sacrifice. It is our own heart that has to be torn out of the false being and offered to the light.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Just started, but I would like to help spread ideas about health and nutrition. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I've only couch surfed once before, and I must say it's an unique experience that I enjoy. I've never had a complete stranger be so nice and welcoming towards me. It's really awesome!
