I moved to Sweden for five months not knowing a soul there. By the time I was set to return home I had made a new family. I miss you guys every day! On a trip to Norway I got to drink the purest water in the world from a spring at the top of a mountain. I traveled for three weeks around five different countries with crutches due to a torn ACL. It was not always easy but I think it was one of the most rewarding and challenging experiences of my life. I learned more about myself in those few weeks than the rest of the year combined.

I can teach you how to cook some delicious Southern U.S. meals: fried chicken, buttermilk biscuits, buttermilk pie, turnip greens, and mashed potatoes so good they'll make you forget how your Mamma made 'em. I love to experiment when I cook so I've tried my hand at a plethora of ethnic cuisines but I'm always up for learning. I'd love it if you could teach me to cook a dish from your home country /region. Due to working in the optical field for the past 8 years, I can also fix your glasses unless they're broken beyond repair. And if you interested and have the time, I can show you a good film or two.
