CURRENT MISSION I just have a desire to get out and see the world while I still have the chance. ABOUT ME I'm Grant, and I'm currently 26 years old. I served 2 years as a volunteer English teacher in Outer Mongolia after I received my Bachelor's degree, and I am now studying for my Master's degree at Inner Mongolia University in Hohhot, China. I lived in a Mongolian ger during my time in Outer Mongolia, and became somewhat familiar with the customs and language while I was there. I am really enjoying my time here in China, as the differences between it and Mongolia are truly staggering. HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I have a small apartment close to the Inner Mongolia University. I have a small couch that's up for grabs, but also a smallish dog who is usually looking for attention. I can be a little busy at times, but if our free times match up I'd like to host! COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I offered my ger to any couchsurfers passing through Bayanhongor, Mongolia, but it was pretty low on the list of Mongolian tourist attractions of tourist attractions. For this reason, I never actually had anyone stay with me

I like most sports, comparing traveling experiences (especially those with experience traveling the US- love getting an outside perspective!), most foods/cooking, and pretty much anything else that can keep my attention for longer than a couple minutes.
