Warum ich auf Couchsurfing bin
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I host people sometimes and surf sometimes. A lot of the time I'm travelling in non CS related trips. I love hosting, looking after people, opening my doors. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I was always a bit jealous of my Mexican friends because they usually have very large families spread across the country, and they got to travel a lot because they would always have a home away from home packed with welcoming relatives that cooked delicious food and asked for nothing in return. CS makes the whole world one big family, in a way. Um, does this sound too cheesy?

Eine tolle Sache, die ich getan habe
Travelling to really remote villages in the Sierra de Durango, north of Mexico, and eating Easter feasts at local people's family homes. Hitch-hiking. Lucid dreaming *a bit!. Doing a 10 day silent meditation retreat. Moving to Scotland randomly. Going to the Fairy Glenn on Uig, Isle of Skye. Reading at poetry festivals/playing gigs. Meeting the most interesting people and making the most amazing friends.
