Science is science no matter what your lab is . Mine is my kitchen. Science is an art for it's apostles that way I am an artist too. A cuisine scientist or a culinary artist, you can label me that. Traveling world, exploring food is my quest. After Ferrandi, Paris (a good 11000KM from home or comfort zone ! ) practicing the art of cooking and feeding my passion passionately as a student of Ferrandi.
