CURRENT MISSION learn as much as I can about food! ABOUT ME I am Karthikeyan. Information Technology Engineer and a Software guy in a MNC Payroll was my previous identities. Bored of cliched and monotonous 20's life. Started living the way I love to and doing the things I want to. Broke the cubicle life and rolled up my sleeves in the Kitchen. Science is science no matter what your lab is . Mine is my kitchen. Science is an art for it's apostles that way I am an artist too. A cuisine scientist or a culinary artist, you can label me that. Traveling world, exploring food is my quest. After Ferrandi, Paris (a good 11000KM from home or comfort zone ! ) practicing the art of cooking and feeding my passion passionately as a student of Ferrandi. I was working in few Michelin restaurants and bistros in Paris. Now I am back home, working as a chef in ITC hotels. Let's celebrate food as always. PHILOSOPHY Travel and eat :D
