CURRENT MISSION learning, self-educating, exploring ABOUT ME Despite my Slovak origin I consider myself a very global citizen. I've been living and studying in Denmark for 2 years and before spent 2 years (living, working or just travelling) in various foreign and overseas countries. In general I like people. I like to talk to them and more importantly listen to what they got to say. I like home made food, books and my three sisters. I enjoy travelling and spending time on sightseeing. I like history and in some ways I consider myself being an old-school creature - I prefer pen and paper, physical books and radio listening to all these new technologies (even though is inevitable for me to use them) I hold myself to be an easy-going, honest and curious person with a good sense of humour. I like to host my friends and create an enjoyable atmosphere for us. I dont like filling in "All about you" columns for I find hard to summarize myself in a few sentences but I tried to be accurate :)

Warum ich auf Couchsurfing bin
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I was a passive member of CS community since September 2010. As I am moving to Vienna, Austria and would like to start surfing and hosting on a (hopefully) regular basis COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I spend a nice weekend with my two friends in Aarhus, Denmark at CS called Lars. He left us his apartment for 3 days while he went to Copenhagen. I was amazed by the level of his trust and his hospitality. I enjoyed my time however I haven't had a chance to host anyone yet (except my non-CS friends)
Musik, Filme und Bücher
I'm a little nerd, currently reading a series of A. Sapkowski's Witcher. Also, I enjoy reading about media and their influences on us and our generation. The book I'm reading at the moment about the topic is: N. Carr, The Shallows Frankly, I'm not a very demanding film viewer. I enjoy a good film but Im not a big fan of sitting in front of TV and stare. I normally turn on my TV if Im bored or if I would like to just "turn off" and clear my head. Music, that's another topic. I love music, I indulge myself in it and I like to discover new bands/producers that I can listen to. I like being surprised when it comes to music
