HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I have always been a couchsurfer, but have rarely been in one place long enough to be a host. I surfed through Europe, and had a great time, and surfed in Boston, except without CS. I was out of it for a while (during which time I lost my whole profile and all my friends and such). COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I've surfed on all kinds of couches with all kinds of people. But I have to say, it's not nearly enough. Keep 'em coming. Most recently, I've been surfing in the American SW, which rules. I haven't lived in one place long enough to host, but you can bet that when I finally settle down, I'll have a couch or two waiting.

God...there's too many. To name a few: Tom Robbins, Michael Pollan, John Irving, Ted Leo, Feist, Cold War Kids, etc etc etc. In terms of movies: I love comedies and even action films, but most of all I like movies that make me think.
