CURRENT MISSION Visit places in the US through travel nursing ABOUT ME I'm currently a nurse in the intensive care unit in rural New Hampshire. Prior to that I lived in D.C. and Denver. I'd like to think I'm always respectful and easy to talk with, but certainly have my need for quiet time. I find it refreshing to meet new people and hope couchsurfing can help bridge that gap while traveling abroad. PHILOSOPHY Buckle up and enjoy the ride!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I just want to enjoy my days with people I have yet to meet. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Limited to just a few meetups and one overnight, but they were great experiences.

Lots! Travels with Charley, For Whom the Bell Tolls, Power of One, Into Thin Air, The Climb, The Book Thief, Dreamcatcher (Stephen King is from Maine, as am I), Band of Brothers, The Things They Carried, The Old Man and the Sea, Harry Potter, Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, The Hundred Year Old Man Who Climbed Out The Window and Disappeared (this is actually the title), A Man Called Ove. I like all kinds of movies, and most music.
Eine tolle Sache, die ich getan habe
Hiked along the Pacific Ocean on The Lost Coast Trail. 3 days/2 nights of backpacking against the tide. At night you are locked in by the ocean, which is such a unique experience.

I love to cook and play board games! I can share in a mutually fun time.
Meine Interessen
Food(and lots of it), rugby, futbol, hiking, the ocean, photography, pubs, breakfast, wandering, and traveling solo. I really enjoy cooking, so that could be a fair tradeoff. Reading and writing is a favorite time of mine while traveling. Just getting away from all the clutter of a city with a book is wonderful.
