I'm a South African expat, currently living in Portugal (since Aug 2023). I love the outdoors and doing any kind of adventure sport or activities (climbing, abseiling, diving, biking, rugby, etc)... I try to be as active as possible, but i also love just to chill with friends and taking it slow and being laid back (you'll easily find me on the couch with a bottle of red wine infront of me and some cheese and crackers)... I like meeting new people and when i travel i like immersing myself into the cultures of the places i visit... My couch is your couch =) PHILOSOPHY Stop coasting, Start soaring!!!

Warum ich auf Couchsurfing bin
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I give you a place to sleep, i'll take you out for some local food and drink. You’ll get to enjoy my house and if I have time I can join for some tourist activities. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I've had this random experience in Honduras where i asked a cab driver if i can sleep at his place and he said: "no problemo!". So i slept at his place in this little shanty town, next to Tegucigalpa, it was great! Needless to say, he was'nt a CouchSurfing member, but he definitely had a couch =)

Remember the Titans, Friday Night Lights, Seabiscuit, Shawshank Redemption, Braveheart, Gladiator, etc... and recently, August Rush... Books: Any John Grisham, David Baldacci and Jeffrey Archer books...also any John Eldredge book... Music: Anything but rap, heavy metal, punk...
Eine tolle Sache, die ich getan habe
I've climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro...the highest mountain in Africa at 5895m... it was awesome!!! Seen 100's of amazing sunsets...been up high, been down low... saw some of the most beautiful things that's been created for us to enjoy...
Meine Interessen
Outdoors and adventures...Play a lot of different sports... Like chilling with friends and having a bbq. Reading, Music, etc etc and of course...Travelling!
