I dont't drink and smoke and I'm really happy with that :) I'm currently working on the topic of the power of breathing and taking cold showers and it is awsome - I can tell you :) I work every day on myself and learn so much of different things.

Warum ich auf Couchsurfing bin
The first time I've used Couchsurfing I've made a 5 month trip through Spain with my backpack and my guitar. I tried to use as less money as possible and used a few times Couchsurfing. It was a awesome experience to meet different people and share our stories. Like these people I would like to help others as well, because I know how hard it is to travel with less money.
