CURRENT MISSION To share experiences with as many of the worlds people as possible. ABOUT ME I'm very physically active. Golf, cycling, Curling, Badminton, Ballroom dancing, skiing. I'm a news junkie. BBC, CBC, CPAC, CNN for an American perspective and occasionally Fox for a laugh. I love to travel so I have no pets at present but have always been an animal lover. Not much of a reader(Too slow)or a gardener (Too busy). Languages fascinate me so I'm working on my 4th (Spanish). I've lived in four countries and visited lots more. I love swapping stories of life and travels. Good food is an essencial part of my life. Life is too short to eat junk. PHILOSOPHY Life is short especially for those of us already over 60. Live the Hell out of it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Hosted lots, Surfed a little. Enjoyed it all so far. Meeting amazing people. So many surfers, so little time. Living, as I do, in one of the most beautiful places in the world means lots of hosting requests. I wish I could say yes to them all. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE See above

I love traditional Jazz, Classical music, Ballet. My reading tends to be of an instructional nature. Don't do movies much. (I get sick of all the violence.)

I decended Alpe de Huez's 21 hairpin bends at over 60 KPH on a bicycle.There is lots more but you have to surf with me or host me to hear it.
