Warum ich auf Couchsurfing bin
I'm a world traveller, see myself as a world citizen, not a tourist. To me Couchsurfing is a unique way to learn about your host, a country or city you visit. Connecting with a Couchsurfing host makes for a much richer travel experience. So far I have only hosted. But look forward to be a couch surfer myself too. I am on couch surfing together with my partner Vedat. We love traveling together sharing experiences.
Musik, Filme und Bücher
I love all kinds of music. Even if you cannot understand the language, a song conveys feelings and emotions. Interested in documentaries, adventure, autobiographical , historical movies. Movies that inspires or teach something, share a view. Books pretty much the same. Inspirationalf and broadening your view of life in general.
Eine tolle Sache, die ich getan habe
I was lucky to visit the lowland gorillas in the Congo. Those beautiful peaceful, hazel brown eyes looking at you. An amazing experience!!

PLEASE NOTE: My home is located in New York, not in Manhattan. Please consider this when reaching out to me. You have to use public transportation to visit/ explore Manhattan or go out at night. if it is very late a taxi ride back will not be cheap. But the subway runs until quite late. I can host for a short period of time. Make sure you are clear about your arrival and departure dates and most importantly the times. Please understand that I work and need to prepare for your stay. Also I appreciate a quick response to my messages. Friend requests are not accepted unless you were hosted by me or vice versa. I have my many travel stories, tips, suggestions. Maybe you can share yours and teach me a few words in your language? I like to learn about others and their view of life. Everyone has a story to tell. It makes for interesting conversations. I have a friendly and sweet natured cat Scarlett. She is the queen of my home. I was actually not so much a cat lover until I adopted Scarlett. Everyone that meets her loves her.

I adapt myself to my environment and like to make my stay an enjoyable experience. I am very respectful of you, your home and will treat it like it is my home. I keep your place clean, neat and tidy. The same way I would expect others to treat my home. I like to leave positive memories for both myself and my host. I definitely appreciate you hosting me. Maybe I make as an added bonus a life long friend.
