I am a honey aficionado ~ I have tried honeys from other countries and where ever I travel. We all cook in this household of creative artistic folk. We love to cook a meal for you- sit around and chat. We also love it when someone wants to cook for us a meal from their country. We like wine. We live fairly close to wine country. HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING offering a couch/bed and a home cooked meal COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE We host in the bay area~ we always try to help those stuck overnite on Amtrak in our town- they drop them off at about 3pm & tell them to come back the next morning if going north. We were members of servas- cultural org staying with people in their homes around the world, now CS is easier to use than Servas. We had great experiences then inJapan.

many- just ask me visited the Mentauwe tribe in Indonesia (keepers of the rain forest) Jumped out of an airplane crossed the alutian chain held a wild mink (the varmit) in my arms saw Grizzly bears in Alaska hitched hiked from one coast to the other- twice cooked on fish boats in Alaska spent 6 months traveling Asia served cocktails to Liberace and his family......to name a few
