It's the ultimate way to experience the culture authentically when traveling. I like to brag to my friends about the great people I've met while Couch Surfing, and how thanks to this platform my travel stories are way more exciting than their generic hotel experiences.

I enjoy various music genres. I actively try to broaden my knowledge of music and expose myself to different sounds. I quite often gravitate towards old school American hip hop and Jewish music. Classical music will always be close to my heart, especially since I've played violin for a big portion of my life. I am bad at watching movies. I haven't even seen some of the classics that a human being my age should be familiar with. I'm a big fan of podcasts and listening to debates on youtube. When it comes to books I enjoy non-fiction literature the most. Especially books which tear apart and analyze ideas and approach various issues from different perspectives.
