Hiked the Grand Canyon in one day (37km distance; 5km elevation) with only a box of hot tamales and a packet of pop-tarts. By the end my legs were sporadically cramping as I walked which would cause me to fall down and drag myself into the shade. Recommend the hike, just not the way I did it.

Very interested in gaining perspective of different cultures and ways of thinking. I am particularly interested in learning about the medical system of the different areas I'll be visiting. Love good conversation and learning from the experiences of others. Always willing to learn new skills or share my own.

Would love to share my yoga with anyone who is interested (although I'm a bit out of practice at the moment). More than happy to perform Reiki on anyone who requests.

I love doing anything outdoors! One of my big goals in life is to visit every national park in the US. I really enjoy learning about the history of different places and visiting historical sites. It always blows my mind thinking about how much humans have done already and how much we could go on to do! I studied ballet and tap dancing for many years when I was younger and have a great interest in the performing arts. I love going to see dance or musical performances and movies as well.
