Let me write a few: (1) Cycled down the Death Road near La Paz (Bolivia) (2) Climbed up Mount Ararat (Turkey) ; (3) Went camping in the remote Reindeer land of Kamchatka (Russia) (3) Co-piloted a small plane in Istanbul (Turkey) (4) Joined various photo-safaris in Africa (5) Ate some insects near Angkor Wat (Cambodia) (6) Swam and dived in the coral reefs of Sharm-al-Sheikh (Sinai, Egypt)
