CURRENT MISSION Currently in Costa Mesa working for Cirque Du Soleil. I'm trying to find fun stuff to do, good restaurants, culture, and oh yes, places to stay... ABOUT ME I am 32 and am really into food. I keep a vegan diet and my career path is "selective diets chef". . Most of my life I have lived in Portland, OR. At home I cook a lot of food, promote events for my favorite local production company, go to a lot of shows , hike, skateboard, go to hot springs, etc...

Eine tolle Sache, die ich getan habe
This past couple years I have been a guest chef for a night at a permaculture event in Portland. I fed around 180 very satisfied patrons both times, and the proceeds went to our awesome non-profit organization.
